Bulk Image Importer

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 5, 2026

These terms govern your use of Bulk Image Importer (the "app"), a Google Sheets add-on. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. What the app does

The app lets you select image files from your computer and insert them into a Google Sheet you have open, either as anchored/floating images or as true in-cell image values, starting at a cell you choose. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what data this involves.

2. License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose, subject to these terms. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app itself without our written permission.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the images and spreadsheet content you use with the app. We claim no ownership over them. You're responsible for having the rights to any image you insert using the app, and for complying with any confidentiality obligations that apply to that content (see the Privacy Policy's note on in-cell mode's Drive-sharing behavior before using it with sensitive material).

4. Free and paid use

The app may be offered on a free tier, a paid tier, or both, as described in its Google Workspace Marketplace listing at the time you install it. If paid plans are introduced, pricing, billing terms, and any trial or cancellation policy will be presented to you at the point of purchase and will supplement, not replace, these terms.

5. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every image will insert successfully โ€” the app is built to report per-image errors rather than fail silently, but you are responsible for verifying the results before relying on them, particularly for client-facing or production spreadsheets.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app โ€” including issues caused by Google Sheets/Drive/Apps Script platform limits, quota changes, or outages outside our control. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the app will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to insert unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, or to attempt to circumvent Google Workspace Marketplace policies, Apps Script quotas, or the app's own license/payment gating (if a paid tier is in effect).

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms. You can stop using the app and revoke its access at any time via your Google Account permissions.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the app's Marketplace listing before taking effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
